My sexual journey did not start well, but I have since learned that sexuality is a powerful creative force with enormous potential and that it is deeply spiritual. The division between body and spirit has not served us well. Tantra embraces the whole person, from our deepest instinctive forces to our highest and most refined heart qualities and spiritual essence.

How can we develop sexuality, love and spirituality?

In both psychotherapy and tantra it is essential to be in a state of development and movement concerning these topics to prevent stagnation in unhelpful patterns. On one level, it involves addressing the limitations of the personality and emotional blockages around sexuality and intimate relationships. On another level, it is about aligning with the vertical axis, our center line from head to toe; our body, sexuality and instincts in a more original and natural form, to the qualities of the heart, our meditation, soul and connection with something greater than ourselves. A tantric process can provide a solid foundation in life and help keep the relationship vital and alive. Overcoming my obstacles, learned ideas and habits has opened up a sense of joy, love, meaning and direction in life as an undercurrent, regardless of the circumstances.

For me, it is both meaningful and inspiring to support people in releasing what constrains and limits their life expression, allowing life to pulsate and flow more freely. I offer a map and compass based on my own journey and experience on this path for 25 years.
